The Sacrament of Reconciliation
The Sacrament of Reconciliation restores our relationship with God and is a great source of grace. Catholics are encouraged to take advantage of this Sacrament often, even if they are not aware of having committed a mortal sin. Sadly, many have a fearful view on this beautiful and powerful Sacrament; we must remember: this Holy Sacrament is far more about the great mercy and grace of our Heavenly Father than it ever is about our sins and weaknesses!
At Epiphany of the Lord Parish, the Sacrament of Reconciliation is available at 8:00 am before daily Mass, and on Saturdays at 3:00 pm prior to the 4:00 pm Mass. You may also call the Parish Office to schedule an appointment with Fr. Gilbert or Fr. Melwin in order to celebrate the Holy Sacrament. Don’t let fear keep you away from this profound Sacrament of God’s grace!
