32nd Sunday & Veterans Day

Dear Epiphany Family,

We are invited once again this year to support the Church’s mission throughout the world. You will find the yellow Society for the Propagation of the Faith envelopes at all of our Epiphany campuses. Please join me in supporting the building up of over one thousand local churches in Asia, Africa, the Pacific Islands, and parts of Latin America and Europe. I make a monthly gift through missio.org. This year’s theme for World Mission Sunday (which was October 23-24) is “We cannot but speak about what we have seen and heard” (Acts 4:20). We are also reminded often by Pope Francis that we are called to be missionary disciples, sharing the joy of Jesus Christ with others in our daily lives.

As we near the celebration of Veteran’s Day we give thanks to God for all those who have served our country in the Armed Forces. Their sacrificial service is a reflection of God’s sacrificial love in Jesus Christ, which we are all called to in our daily lives. Thank you to all veterans!

In Christ,
Father Eric
