Attention to all Epiphany of the Lord-Parishioners
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! For the 51st Birmingham Ethnic Festival
at our St. Stephen Church-campus on Sunday, August 16th.
All food prep will be at St. Thomas
Baked Goods Needed:–Please bake your favorite Hungarian pastries or if you would like to bake and donate other ethnic desserts we will happily accept those for our pastry booth. This year we will have a baked booth downstairs in the Church hall & outside.
Flour is available! Please call Holly at the office 419-698-1519.
Pop & Water Donations Are Needed: You may drop your donations off at the Parish office or bring them to Church and place them near the gray bins in the back of Church.
Gift Card Donations Are Needed: We would like to raffle off a gift card tree and we are asking for gift card donations. This could be any amount or any type. For example: restaurants, gas cards, grocery stores, car washes, oil changes, haircuts, etc.
Please circle the days you would like to volunteer and return this form back to the office by Fri., July 31st.

Tuesday, August 4 @ 10 am-Roll cabbage rolls
Thursday, August 13 @ 10 am-make coleslaw; chop cabbage for cabbage and noodles
Friday, August 14 @ 9 am-cook pigs; cook chicken; transfer items to SS
Saturday, August 15 @ 8 am-make gravy and transfer food to SS – boil noodles
Sunday, August 16–Sunday Mass will be at 10:00 am- Feast of St. Stephen-opening ceremonies will begin at 11:15.
